The Customer Experience Technologies (CXT) organization at Comcast is focused on the technology, systems, and tools that support the customer lifecycle (sales, activation, billing, support, etc.), as well as employee-facing functions such as human resources, finance, workplace information technology. We also build and manage Comcast’s cloud infrastructure. CXT is a key department within Technology, Product, Experience (TPX). CXT Business is an entity within CXT supporting Comcast Business. We are looking for an experienced individual to join the CXT – Business Service Delivery team. This position will support CXT Business and report to the Sr. Manager, CXT Business Service Delivery.

Job Description

The Technical Project Manager, CXT Business Service Delivery will be responsible for leading large technical projects across many different teams. This is a hands-on position and involves close partnership with cross-functional teams especially, TPO, BSD Ops and Orion Architecture.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Project Manager with a technical background. The candidate should have experience working with multiple partners across different teams. They will also have experience communicating statuses to senior leadership.

What You Will Learn:

  • Effectively work across multiple teams in large, technical, and high-profile projects.

Core Functions/Responsibilities:

  • Be the lead project manager for Technical Imperatives across the Business Service Delivery Domain.

  • Support the TPO and the Orion program in the planning, and delivery of functional applications across CXT and TPX.

  • Provide regular analysis/presentation to partners and senior leadership.

  • Provide recommendations on how to improve processes in place to manager these complex projects.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of validated experience with a bachelor’s degree

  • Have a solid understanding of software integration such as APIs, ETL and etc.

  • Have a solid understanding of system infrastructure such as AWS, VMware and etc.

  • Knowledge of Agile practices.

  • Experience with PowerPoint, Rally, JIRA, and SharePoint.

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity – driving improvements/productivity with incomplete information.
