You are:

A highly motivated marketer who can take on leading and implementing a client-first approach to the client communications and marketing programs that drive onboarding and activation within our SendTech product portfolio. We seek marketers who are willing to test new ideas and approaches and can quickly pivot and apply new learnings where needed.

As a Senior Marketing Manager, Product Activation and Onboarding, you will:

  • Drive Client Onboarding and Activation to accelerate SaaS shipping growth and increased shipping throughput
  • Develop and lead multi-channel communications strategies driving post-purchase adoption, increased usage and retention across the SendTech product portfolio
  • Build and optimize data-driven email journeys and automations across Adopt and Expand within the LAER customer engagement model
  • Evaluate client pain points and analyze market research findings to identify opportunities for new and/or improved efforts to drive adoption and retention
  • Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Product Marketing, Client Success, Sales, UX, and Service to ensure alignment with the overall product strategy and customer experience
  • Manage relationships with vendors, call centers and agency partners to execute data builds, multi-channel and digital campaigns

You have:

  • 5-7+ years of professional experience within a marketing or communications organization, SaaS experience a plus
  • Proven hands-on experience driving product engagement, growth and retention via email marketing and customer segmentation; experience with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud a plus
  • Experience driving multiple projects from strategy to execution in a fast-paced environment in an organized way
  • Ability to understand internal and external stakeholder needs for new product launches, product enhancements, and product lifecycle
  • Experience with data, articulating requirements, analytics, and ongoing test and learn approaches
  • Strong decision-making skills and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to manage and maintain strong cross-functional stakeholder relationships across multiple teams
  • Excellent writing skills, with a focus on articulating product details and benefits to clients
  • A passion for client experience and are driven by delivering positive client outcomes on behalf of a business
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business or related experience
