Geospatial Systems Engineer – Strategic Alliance Consulting, Inc – Fort Belvoir, VA

Strategic ACI is seeking a Geospatial Systems Engineer to support the Army Geospatial Center (AGC). The work involves systems engineering, and Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) technology including analysis, geography, cartography, geospatial, physical and/or earth sciences.

Responsibilities

• Conducting applied research/advanced development of tactical GEOINT capabilities.
• Utilizing knowledge and skills in geospatial applications; in remote sensing; in the use of computers for digital image and GIS processing, analysis, visualization and/or digital cartographic techniques.
• Developing, using and fielding Army Geospatial Intelligence exploitation systems and architectures.
• Working with imagery collection, exploitation and dissemination systems and methods.
• Working with DoD acquisition management and planning processes.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in an engineering field or related discipline
• Active TS/SCI Clearance
• 2 – 8 years of experience in a related field (GEOINT, systems engineering, intelligence, imagery analysis, mathematics, etc.)
