What does a great Financial Analyst do?
In this position, you will be responsible for processing billing files, creating manual files, researching client inquiries, and supporting tasks to produce MAPS invoices.
As a Financial Analyst, you will:
Accumulate billing data from multiple sources to produce an invoice.
Create manual billing adjustment files.
Perform invoice analysis and research variance over established thresholds.
Research and resolve client inquiries and issues.
Monitor billing inquiry mailbox.
Work collaboratively with the billing team members to meet deadlines.
Basic qualifications for consideration:
Associates Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent business experience.
Basic accounting knowledge
1+ years billing experience is a plus but not required
Proficient in the use of MS Excel (pivot tables/vlookup function) and MS Access.
Critical thinking skills.
Ability to successfully handle competing priorities and deadlines.
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail.
