We are looking for an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to handle a wide variety of responsibilities. As an Executive Assistant, you will support the CEO and other management executives in the areas of planning and organization, coordinating travel and managing expenses, organizing meetings and contacting clients. Your duties will include ordering office supplies and equipment, processing invoices and maintaining financial records. You should have extensive experience working with relational databases, interpreting numbers, ability to manage multiple tasks and good communication skills to ensure top-level performance in your position. Ultimately, you should be responsible for the smooth flow of administrative duties in the organization while supporting the management team to ensure efficient operations.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
