Responsible for reporting and providing data entry and reconciliation to ensure accurate month-end affiliate revenue booking and processing. Identifies and quantifies billing adjustments to sales force and work order errors to improve work order accuracy throughout the Product Sales division. Has developed specialized knowledge/skills in own area. May act as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
This position will report to the Boca Raton, FL Comcast office in a hybrid and flexible work environment. The work schedule is Monday-Friday business hours.
Research unreported/unpaid accounts and ensures the timely collection of revenue through communication with distributors. Provides additional data entry and summaries to update affiliate information to ensure all is continually accurate and up to date.
Reviews new agreements and client ledger balance reports with Product Sales team, taking all vital action in relation to client funds and any other points arising from the review.
Coordinates and prioritizes data collection from internal and external personnel, entering standard and customized report formats and generating reports, as requested.
Partnership amongst team of 5-6 Coordinators. Interacts with other Regions, Managers, and Directors.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Organized, diligent professional with excellent time management.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with a billing system (e.g. CSG) is helpful.
Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
