Job Summary

The Sales Solutions Specialist partners with the Sales Development team in developing, distributing, and executing marketing promotions/sponsorships to enhance media partnerships and maximize advertising sales revenue. This is the opportunity to craft and scale existing creative and promotional opportunities to enhance our client advertising campaigns.

Core Responsibilities

  • Leverage and articulate value proposition to create assets and distribute locally with a strategic approach, creating local campaigns opportunities (such as themed turnkey commercial creative concepts, sweepstakes, and working with Creative Leads to produce branded content, etc.)
  • Coordinate and leverage Network assets (such as co-branded promotional units, third-party partnerships between businesses and promotional events/activations (in consult with the Events Marketing team).
  • Work closely with Sales Development Strategists and Specialists to provide solutions based upon a thorough understanding of the client’s needs and in market challenges –may include sharing existing promotional ideas or creating new promotional concepts from scratch.
  • Work closely with the Business Development team to provide solutions that may be used in outbound marketing campaigns and support lead acquisition.
  • Execute sold promotional campaigns, such as trafficking co-branded promotional commercials, collaborating with/and support of Sales Development Account Specialists to secure client logos and assets, fulfilling sweepstakes (including contacting winners, securing prizing), working with areas of expertise such as Graphic Designer, and ensuring promotional campaigns are executed as sold and remain on budget (if applicable).
  • Highly transactional expectations as needed to book and execute co-branded tag spots. This requires ingesting requests from AE, collecting assets, booking spots to run, monitoring pacing, etc.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent.
  • Generally requires 2-5 years’ experience in TV, Digital Media, Marketing, or Communications.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high- energy, fast-paced environment.
