Job Description
  • Schedule discovery calls with inbound leads through persistent and professional email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach

  • Seek to understand prospect pain points and tailor your message to prospect’s need

  • Guide prospects to PILOT’s award-winning career development platform to help employees command their career

  • Identify and solve for obstacles holding prospect back from moving forward

  • Secure approval and signed agreement from prospect’s decision making team

  • 3+ years exceeding quota as a B2B SaaS account executive. This is 100% a must-have.

  • Ability to lead sales conversations throughout all stages of the buying journey

  • Fully leverage sales collateral, sales process, templated emails, and other assets provided by the company

  • Experience using CRM software (i.e. Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.) to keep an continuously updated CRM as the source of the truth

  • Tech savvy with ability to pick up new things quickly (we use a lot of cloud based services such as Hubspot, Google Docs, Typeform, PandaDocs, Slack and more)

  • Bold, resilient, agile and comfortable working in a fast paced, quick-changing environment like a tech startup

  • Familiarity with HR, Learning & Development, Talent Management or Diversity & Inclusion buyers (This is a “nice to have” but not a “must have”)

  • You care about the client relationship and their long-term success

  • You communicate clearly and effectively, in a 100% virtual context, through Zoom, calls, collaborative tools (e.g. Slack, Asana, Hubspot), and email
